We operate from 3 depots across London to offer a local service. Each depot has its own stores to enable us to always have key components available to limit disruption when repairs are needed.

MNM delivers a range of planned services to enable landlords to meet statutory servicing and testing requirements. We provide gas servicing, heating system renewals, electrical testing, PAT testing and ventilation servicing.
MNM provides planned servicing of gas, heating, ventilation and electrical systems. We offer a 3 star gas service to cover both servicing and routine repairs for a fixed annual fee. We have a team of ten engineers available across London and the South east to maintain customer’s systems and resolve repairs.

Each year, MNM refurbishes over 1,000 void homes and has a £5m p.a turnover on void works. The works are targeted to deliver quality to meet individual landlord’s standards and range from cleaning, gas and electrical tests to major upgrades including new kitchen, bathroom and heating. We can provide EPCs and furniture storage as part of the package.
We agree clear turnaround periods and we have a 99% success rate at delivering on or before the target completion date in the last year. We provide before and after photos as a record of the works undertaken. We also offer a ‘new home’ pack for residents with simple operating instructions for equipment.
Our bespoke service offers item pricing and band pricing. We have developed a trusting relationship with landlords and ease admin by providing the works specification to meet the landlord’s lettable standard.
We deliver a wide range of internal and external major works for our clients, ranging from external refurbishment – replacing roofs, windows, repairing / upgrading render – to complete internal refits – new kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems and electrics. We have an annual turnover of over £4m.
We are innovative in our approach to provide value for our clients and ensure we deliver within agreed timescales. We save our residents money through development of specifications and our buying power. Recent solutions have included abseiling to undertake external and internal refurbishment on two tight sites. We offer a full range of building and M&E trades and bring in and manage specialist partners as necessary to provide a one stop solution for your refurbishment project.
We emphasise clear communication with residents to ensure they know what is happening, when and how it will affect them. Our client and resident focus has produced a 99% satisfaction rate and 100% delivery to time in 2016/17.
MNM’s staff are housing maintenance specialists. We use directly employed staff for 95% of our work. We have a team of over 70 qualified electricians, gas engineers, plumbers, plasterers, carpenters, locksmiths and roofers to deliver a quality professional service every time.
Our call handlers field about 50,000 calls per year and our team speaks over 20 languages.
Each client has a dedicated Contract Manager to provide a bespoke client and customer focused service.
We provide regular training to ensure all staff have their skills refreshed, work safely, respect resident’s homes and are able to work with all residents.
